Rain Rain Go Away

I ended up being the only one at the shelter last night which was a first for me. I slept in until 8:30am, my latest ever and didn't get on the trail unti 9:30.

It rained last night and all today it has drizzled and been very foggy. I didn't take any pictures today because it was so foggy that nothing would come out. I took my time today and made it from the Siler Bald Shelter and went 7.8 miles on the trail to the next shelter and got here around 2pm and will be spending the rest of the day reading "staggerford" by Jon Hassler, its a decent enough book so far and I'm over half way done.

Tomorrow should be another short day and then I'll make it to the next town by wednesday.
